**Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)**
Deliver personalized occupational therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to enhance patient autonomy and safety. Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and ensure precise clinical documentation of each patient’s development. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio COTA license, current CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this home health position.
