This role includes the responsibility of recording patient progress in electronic medical records and collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Applicants must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state in which they practice. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, insurance for their vehicle, and dependable transportation are necessary.
