Job Summary

Healthy Connections is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to become a vital part of our healthcare team at the Little Rock Midtown Clinic. This full-time role is structured for a four-day work week, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life while making a significant impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Assist in the execution of medical procedures and daily operations within the clinic.
  • Monitor patient health and record vital signs accurately.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Support the clinic’s initiatives for patient education and health promotion.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with medical terminology and basic computer skills.
