**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician plays a critical role in assisting Registered Nurses with dialysis procedures, including the preparation of machines, patient monitoring, and the recording of vital signs. Key responsibilities involve guaranteeing patient safety, executing access cannulation, and managing emergency situations that may arise during treatment. Prospective candidates should possess a high school diploma along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare or direct patient care. Additionally, applicants must secure Basic Life Support certification and successfully complete the CCHT examination within the first 18 months of their employment.
