Job Summary
This role involves delivering nursing care and administering medications to patients while operating under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. The position emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team to revise care plans and maintain patient safety and comfort during their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor patient safety and ensure comfort throughout the recovery process.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
- Possession of a valid LPN/LVN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of six months of experience in an acute care environment.
