Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for conducting nursing intake assessments, overseeing client health, and administering prescribed medications in a residential treatment environment. The LPN will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the effective implementation of detox and stabilization protocols while upholding necessary regulatory documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing intake assessments for clients.
- Monitor and track client health status.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate detox and stabilization protocols.
- Maintain accurate and compliant regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPN license.
- Strong documentation abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to commit to at least one work shift each calendar month to retain PRN status.
