Job Summary
The Licensed Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, managing patient flow, and fostering team development to guarantee exceptional patient care and efficient business outcomes. This role collaborates with optometrists and field leadership to maintain operational uniformity, ensure staff accountability, and promote the growth of the practice.

- Possession of a valid state license.
- Strong proficiency in optical dispensing.
- Ability to analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
