Job Summary
The role involves delivering comprehensive psychological services to clinic patients. This includes executing diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, and overseeing discharge planning processes. Active involvement in case consultations, Grand Rounds, and team meetings is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy to patients.
- Oversee discharge planning for patients in the clinic.
- Engage in case consultations and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Participate in Grand Rounds and regular team meetings to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Possession of full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota.
- At least two years of clinical supervision experience is preferred.
- Formal training in child or family therapy is advantageous.
