Job description
**Job Title: Therapist**
The therapist is responsible for delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, performing comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, and handling crisis interventions for military personnel and veterans. This role also involves overseeing case management functions and working in partnership with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal mental health results. Applicants must possess an independent clinical license (such as LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or a psychologist with PsyPact) and have a minimum of two years of experience in independent therapy. A master’s or doctoral degree in a pertinent field, along with residency in the United States, is mandatory.
