Delivers hands-on patient care under the guidance and oversight of a registered nurse. Takes accountability for personal nursing practices, skills, and decisions while adhering to legal standards. A valid California LVN license, an up-to-date American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, and Intravenous therapy certification are mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
