Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse delivers direct patient care within a correctional environment by conducting assessments, dispensing medications, and executing treatment plans. This role also involves documenting nursing interactions and working alongside healthcare colleagues to guarantee the delivery of quality care and adherence to policies. Applicants must be graduates from an accredited Nursing program and possess an active LPN or LVN license in the state where they practice. Additionally, a current CPR certification and a minimum of one year of clinical experience are necessary.
