Job description
**Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant**
The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a vital role in promoting the community’s Art of Living Well philosophy by organizing events, leading classes, and overseeing the well-being of residents. This position also involves providing transportation assistance and collaborating effectively with both staff and volunteers to address the emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the residents. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and have one to two years of experience in life enrichment initiatives, ideally with senior populations. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the capacity to secure a Commercial Driver’s License and fundamental technology skills.
