Assist with coordinating and facilitating daily life enrichment programs, scheduled activities, special events, and resident outings. Encourage resident participation, support transportation needs, document engagement, maintain activity areas and supplies, and communicate resident needs to the Director of Life Enrichment. Applicants must meet applicable state and federal requirements, communicate effectively in English, and be able to work independently with residents, families, staff, and the public. One or more years of social or recreational programming experience in health care or a related field is preferred; Microsoft Office knowledge and the ability to meet the stated physical demands are also required.
