Job Summary
The IT Analyst III collaborates with both business units and technical teams to effectively convert intricate business requirements into user stories and measurable results. This role serves as the representative of the business to guarantee product excellence, assists in prioritizing the backlog, and offers system support on an operational level.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.
- Ensure product quality by acting as the voice of the business.
- Assist in the prioritization of the backlog for development teams.
- Provide support for operational systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 5-8 years of related work experience.
- Strong understanding of life insurance processes.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly preferred.
