Job description
The individual in this position is tasked with the duty of managing and detaching dock lines on ships at the port, along with conducting inspections of the dock ahead of vessel arrivals. This role requires substantial physical effort and may include operating pedestal cranes to facilitate the movement of cargo and personnel. Applicants should be able to engage in strenuous physical activities under varying weather conditions while adhering to specific work directives. To qualify for advanced responsibilities, candidates will need to train and demonstrate proficiency in operating a pedestal crane.
