Job Summary
The Line Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing a team of production associates to achieve vehicle reconditioning objectives, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety protocols. This position involves supporting staff development, supervising the production workflow, and making informed decisions regarding vehicle repairs based on thorough quality evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of production associates to meet vehicle reconditioning goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the reconditioning process.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance their performance and skills.
- Monitor and assess production flow to ensure efficiency.
- Make decisions regarding vehicle repairs based on quality assessments and evaluations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience and knowledge of vehicle reconditioning processes.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
