Job Summary
The Line Support team member plays a vital role in the candy manufacturing process, focusing on production, packaging, and quality inspection. This position is critical in upholding food safety and quality protocols while contributing to an efficient production line.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and packaging of candy products.
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas.
- Manage inventory levels effectively.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in food production.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
