Job Summary
The role of the Field Service Technician encompasses the management and maintenance of various technological systems in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA, and Portland, OR regions. The technician will be essential in ensuring optimal functionality and quality assurance while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance on software and hardware systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot kiosks and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while performing tasks.
- Support software systems engineering and application tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience with field service tasks in a related technical area.
- Familiarity with software engineering and application management.
- Ability to reside in Seattle, Tacoma, or Portland to service local regions.
- Strong focus on maintaining safety and quality in technical operations.
