The Litigation Attorney will oversee civil litigation cases, which involves performing legal research, creating pleadings, and managing every stage of the discovery process. Additionally, this role will assist senior attorneys in trial preparation and participation in court conferences. Applicants are required to have a J.D. from a recognized law school and a current license to practice law in New Jersey. A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in litigation, particularly in municipal and governmental law, is essential.
