Job Summary
The Associate Attorney is responsible for overseeing civil litigation cases from their beginning stages to trial conclusion. This role includes conducting essential legal proceedings and contributing to case strategies and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from initiation to trial.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediation sessions.
- Perform comprehensive legal research.
- Draft legal motions and trial-related documents.
- Assist with employer investigations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Strong academic background in law.
- Excellent skills in legal research and writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
