Job Summary
The role involves conducting thorough investigations into personal injury claims. This includes identifying the parties involved and delving into their backgrounds through extensive research across social media, as well as examining pertinent company, government, and safety records.
Responsibilities
- Assess incident media and compile comprehensive reports of findings.
- Effectively communicate results to management and legal representatives.
- Uphold confidentiality throughout all investigative processes.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related area is desirable.
- At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong skills in research and organization, along with critical thinking and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with FileVine is a plus.
