**Job Title:** Litigation Paralegal
Oversee every stage of litigation, starting from the initial case filing all the way to trial and appeal, with a focus on intricate eDiscovery and document management. Manage a substantial litigation docket, perform electronic filings, and collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court staff. The position demands at least 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a solid understanding of both New York and federal court systems. Candidates must possess expertise in litigation support software, e-filing systems, and demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities.
