Operate a rubber-tired loader to transport bulk materials, load trucks, and feed processing equipment. Maintain the work area by cleaning debris and ensuring materials are correctly sorted and blended. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of heavy equipment experience and one year in plant manufacturing. Candidates must be physically capable of performing manual labor and working rotating shifts in an outdoor environment.
