$65,000-70,000 + Bonus The Production Supervisor provides leadership and direction on the shop floor to ensure production goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. This role aligns daily operations with the production capacity plan, manages workforce needs through hiring and disciplinary actions, and promotes strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role plays an important role in maintaining a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee shop floor operations to ensure production schedules and capacity plans are met.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Provide clear direction and support to shop floor employees so expectations and priorities are understood.

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to build a skilled and effective workforce.
• Address performance concerns through coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when needed.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to address operational needs and production challenges.
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding production progress, workforce needs, and any issues affecting operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste on the shop floor.
• Track production metrics and drive initiatives to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Encourage employee participation in problem-solving and improvement efforts.

• Maintain accurate records of production activity, workforce performance, and any incidents or delays.
• Provide daily updates and reports to management on production status and workforce activity.

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and safety regulations.
