Job Summary
The Loan Officer plays a critical role in formulating strategies to satisfy customers’ mortgage requirements by offering guidance on diverse home loan alternatives. This position entails verifying and aggregating application information while serving as a bridge between clients and various internal departments of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to address customers’ mortgage needs.
- Advise clients on a range of home loan options.
- Verify and compile loan application data.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current NMLS license.
- Have 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Meet specific production or training benchmarks, such as facilitating more than two loans monthly or completing Xinnix training.
