Job Summary
The Loan Officer plays a crucial role in formulating strategies to address the mortgage requirements of clients, serving as a bridge between customers and internal teams. The position entails the verification, compilation, and entry of mortgage application information, while also guiding clients through their home loan alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to fulfill customer mortgage needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and processing.
- Verify, compile, and accurately input data related to mortgage applications.
- Advise clients on the various options available for home loans.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current, valid NMLS license.
- Experience ranging from two to five years in a relevant field.
- Must meet production or training benchmarks, such as funding over two loans monthly or completing Xinnix training.
