Job description
**Job Title: Trainee**
The Trainee will assist Mortgage Bankers by facilitating client communications, organizing loan files, and handling documentation as they gain a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process. Additionally, the role involves managing CRM systems and aiding in the preparation of files for processing and underwriting. Ideal candidates should have excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and customer service abilities. A high school diploma is mandatory, while college coursework is preferred.
