Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the complete loan servicing lifecycle for intricate private credit instruments, which encompasses a variety of tasks such as interest computations, cash reconciliations, and the settlement of transactions. The position requires collaboration with fund accounting and investment teams to uphold operational accuracy and generate precise reports for both auditing and relationship management needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of loan servicing for complex private credit instruments.
- Perform interest calculations and cash reconciliations.
- Facilitate settlement procedures efficiently.
- Collaborate with fund accounting and investment teams to ensure operational soundness.
- Produce accurate reporting to support audit requirements and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in private credit loan operations or bank loan servicing.
- In-depth technical knowledge of credit agreement mechanics.
- Strong understanding of LSTA/LMA conventions.
- Expertise in benchmark rate calculations.
- Proficient in complex position reconciliation.
