The Director of Payroll Strategy and Operations is responsible for overseeing the evolution, governance, and scalability of the global payroll system. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in global payroll leadership.
- Strong knowledge in payroll governance and compliance.
- Expertise in system implementation and change management is essential.
