Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a crucial role in delivering thorough physical assessments, overseeing wellness appointments, and treating both acute and chronic health conditions for patients of all ages, including adults and children. This position requires the development of evidence-informed treatment strategies as well as the upkeep of precise clinical records within the electronic health system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physical exams and wellness consultations for diverse patient populations.
- Manage both acute and chronic illnesses, providing comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained in the electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing is required.
- Active and unrestricted APRN license in Washington State.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is mandatory.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is essential.
