The surgeon will carry out surgical procedures focused on adult cardiac and general thoracic conditions, encompassing CABG and repairs of heart valves. They will also oversee the management of high-risk patients in the ICU and assist with structural heart interventions within a hybrid operating room setting. Applicants should be board-certified and hold BLS certification, along with significant experience in utilizing Impella support and conducting structural heart procedures. A Kentucky medical license is highly desirable, and a thorough background check will be required.
