The Logistics Area Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling to maintain seamless operations. This position involves spearheading process enhancements, managing communication systems on the shop floor, and guiding team members to achieve production targets. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or have comparable experience, alongside a minimum of 6 years in high-volume logistics and manufacturing environments. A solid understanding of Lean principles, Kanban methodology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, while an APICS certification will be viewed as advantageous.
