**Dispatching Assistant**
The Dispatching Assistant is responsible for organizing production and delivery timelines, collaborating closely with the project manager and transportation teams. This role focuses on optimizing load planning and fostering effective communication with drivers, clients, and production supervisors. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience in dispatching or within the construction sector. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to interpret technical plans; experience with Titan ERP is a valuable addition.
