Job description
**Job Title: Associate**
The associate will play a key role in assisting with rail and yard operations, focusing on the movement of cargo, verifying inventory, and operating heavy machinery. This position also requires maintaining facility cleanliness, conducting safety inspections, and providing support to departments such as Transload and Reefer. A high school diploma or equivalent education is desirable for applicants. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in operating heavy equipment and possess the physical capability to lift more than 50 lbs while being able to work in various weather conditions.
