Job Summary
The LPN Caregiver plays a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to health and safety standards. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document patients’ medical conditions and vital signs.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and changes in condition.
- Participate in care coordination and planning with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Experience in a caregiving or nursing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
