Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver direct patient care, which encompasses administering medications, tracking vital signs, and supporting patients with their daily living tasks. Furthermore, this role involves providing education to patients and their families, as well as ensuring the upkeep of medical equipment and supplies. Candidates are required to have a valid LPN license in Wisconsin and must have dependable transportation. Reliability and a current tuberculosis certification are also essential qualifications.
