Job Summary
The role involves delivering nursing care based on individualized resident care plans. The nurse will also be responsible for administering medications and treatment as dictated by medical orders, while closely monitoring the health of residents to ensure their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in line with resident care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and document findings accurately.
- Work collaboratively with caregivers and families to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Ohio LPN license.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and compassion for residents are essential.
- Able to successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
