Job description
**Job Title: LPN**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers nursing care and implements treatment plans as per physician directives while working in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities consist of gathering resident information, administering medications, monitoring patients’ health status, and overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Applicants are required to have completed an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing Program and possess a valid, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina. Furthermore, current CPR certification is a must, and experience in long-term care settings is highly desirable.
