Job description

Job Summary

The LPN/Medical Assistant/EMT position involves providing essential support in healthcare settings by delivering patient care and assisting medical professionals. This role is critical for ensuring the health and safety of patients through comprehensive medical assistance and facilitation of smooth operations within healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs under supervision.
  • Assist with patient examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary tools and documentation.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and other daily activities.
  • Document patient information and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Valid LPN license, EMT certification, or Medical Assistant credentials.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
