Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, operating under the oversight of a registered nurse or a physician. Key responsibilities encompass administering medications, recording patient interactions, and safeguarding the health, well-being, and safety of the residents. Eligible candidates should have completed an accredited practical nursing program and possess a valid, unrestricted LPN license. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and uphold necessary competencies specific to the department.
