Job description
The Site Care Coordinator enhances the scheduling processes for clients and providers to guarantee effective service delivery and operational excellence. They act as the key liaison for families, assisting them in navigating care pathways and working closely with clinical leadership to oversee case assignments. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of scheduling experience in ABA services or a comparable field. Furthermore, 2 years of experience in a client services position, along with robust problem-solving skills, are essential.
