**LPN Job Description**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist during patient visits by executing clinical duties, including the assessment of vital signs, administering medications, and performing point of care testing. Additionally, the LPN will ensure precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and offer health education to patients and their families. Applicants must possess an active, unrestricted LPN license along with a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A solid understanding of medical terminology, familiarity with clinical equipment, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for this position.
