Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers both direct and indirect patient care supervised by a registered nurse. Duties encompass administering medications, conducting physical evaluations, and offering specialized care for patients including newborns, postpartum individuals, and those undergoing surgery. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited Practical Nurse Program and possess a valid license from the Alabama State Board of Nursing. Additionally, candidates are required to achieve NRP certification within one year of their hiring date.
