Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their home environments. This role involves developing lasting relationships with both patients and their families, while assisting in the management of the patient’s health and everyday activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Support patients in achieving their health-related goals and daily routines.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN or RN license is mandatory.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not necessary, as specialized training will be provided.
