The Billing Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the billing department, ensuring efficient claim submission, workflow oversight, and the resolution of any claim edits and rejections. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with payer regulations and assisting in the integration of AI technologies to enhance billing accuracy.
Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to payer compliance requirements.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize billing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of coding requirements.
- Preferred educational background includes an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
