Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a crucial role in managing the medication administration for residents and coordinating their medical appointments. This position requires active engagement as a member of the interdisciplinary team to deliver nursing care and public health services effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the medication administration process for residents.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current New York State LPN license.
- At least one year of experience within a social service environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificate is required.
- Proficient in computer operations.
