Job description
The Lead Technician will manage daily data entry activities related to long-term care pharmacy processing, ensuring that patient records are accurate. This role involves training junior personnel and collaborating with clinical teams to address any data inconsistencies. Candidates should have experience in long-term care pharmacy or healthcare data entry and a solid understanding of insurance billing procedures. A Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) is highly desirable, as well as expertise in pharmacy management software.
