Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patient hygiene and assessments. This role involves working closely with the healthcare team to formulate care plans and provide patient education on health management strategies. Applicants must have a current and valid LVN license for their state and hold a Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare environment, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for this position.
