Job Summary
As a Machine Adjuster/Lead Machine Operator for the 2nd shift, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of production operations. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting mechanical problems and ensuring that machinery operates smoothly to reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Support production team efforts by minimizing machine downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
