The machine operator will set up, adjust, and operate various production equipment such as slitters, laminators, and presses. They are also responsible for monitoring production quality, calculating yields, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to accurately use measuring tools. A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing throughout the shift are required.
