The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating adhesive coating equipment to produce high-quality materials. They must monitor production quality, resolve minor equipment issues, and maintain accurate production reports while ensuring a safe work environment. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical tasks.
