The machine operator is responsible for setting up and operating adhesive coating machines while adjusting speed, temperature, and flow. They must also perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and maintain a safe, clean production environment. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Previous experience operating or assisting with coating or manufacturing production equipment is preferred.
